Any information you share when getting in touch is treated confidentially and handled in line with data protection requirements. If there are any limits to confidentiality, these will be discussed clearly before any work begins.

What happens next

Once you get in touch, I will respond to your enquiry and, if helpful, we can arrange an initial conversation. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, talk a little about what you are looking for and decide whether counselling feels right for you. There is no pressure or obligation to continue beyond this.
