Session Details

Duration & Frequency

Sessions are 50 minutes long. Most clients benefit from weekly sessions initially, though fortnightly sessions can work if you prefer. We'll discuss what suits you best.

Typical course of therapy is 8-16 sessions, though this varies depending on your needs and goals.

Session Format

Sessions follow a structured format: agenda setting, discussion of the week's issues, learning new skills, practicing techniques, and setting homework for the week. This structure keeps therapy focused and effective.

Between-Session Work

An important part of CBT is practicing what you learn between sessions. I'll set small, achievable homework tasks that apply therapy skills to your real life—this is where lasting change happens.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in sessions is confidential. The only exceptions are if there's a serious risk to you or others. I'll always be clear about these boundaries.

per session (50 minutes)

Reduced-Fee Spaces

A limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available for students and those on low incomes. If cost is a barrier, please get in touch to discuss options.

Payment Methods

I accept bank transfer, card payment, and cash. Invoices can be provided for your records. Payment is due after each session.
